★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quase comprei um imóvel neste local, mas graças ao atendimento péssimo da construtura, o negócio não foi realizado. Super inflexível, e uma negociação extremamente dura e desgatante. Conheço a Mooca, e infelizmente ela não é mais a mesma. Perigosa, e totalmente largada pela polícia, essa região é bem deserta. Por fim, sugiro buscar negócio com outra construtura, pois esta oferece um atendimento bem amador. Agradeço pelo atendimento ruim, pois encontrei um local que fui atendimento de uma maneira profissional.
Almost bought a property in this location, but thanks to the terrible service construtura, the deal was not done. Super inflexible, and a very hard negotiation and desgatante. I mooca know, and unfortunately it is not the same. Dangerous, and completely dropped by the police, this region is quite deserted. Finally, I suggest seeking business with other construtura, as this provides a good amateur service. Thank you for the bad service because I found a place that I call in a professional manner.
