★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio tranquilo, porem sem estrutura sem segurança e com uma má administração, são 3 quartos bem grandes cozinha grande,mas sem estrutura de segurança faz com que não vala muito a pena comprar, não tem área de lazer estruturada, apenas um lugar horrível pra criançada jogar bola que não é cercado, o salão de festa e todo mal estruturado com tudo caindo ao pedaço, precisa de pintura é dedetização.
 Quiet condominium, but without structure without security and with a bad administration, are 3 large rooms large kitchen, but without security structure makes it not worth much to buy, has no recreational area structured, just a horrible place for children play ball that is not surrounded, the party hall and all badly structured with everything falling apart, need painting is dedetização.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo apartamento, pena que a administração segurança é um pouco ruim, alguns porteiros deixa desconhecidos entrar no condomínio , precisar de reforma nos prédios, salão de festa bagunçado no lugar de jogar o lixo aliás o lugar de jogar lixo é bem lonje, não recomendo muito para quem tem crianças , lá não tem nenhuma área para as criança se divertirem tanta criança tem lá e não tem nenhum balanço para a criança brincar.
