★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É cobrado o pagamento de energia pelos dias de estadia, não é Hotel, é Condomínio Residencial, o ap que alugamos o dono é bem educado mas a esposa é grossa, boa localização se você estiver de carro, caso contrário é perigoso sair a pé de noite pois não tem muitas opções, é paralelo ao Chico do Caranguejo. Se a dona fosse mais educada diria que gostei. No mais o condomínio é financeiramente acessível, apartamento é um pouco distante da entrada, tem vigia na guarita 24horas e piscina até 21:00.

No apartamento que ficamos, não sei porque, as vezes vinha um cheiro ruim e algumas moscas insistiam em aparecer.
Achei ruim o acesso ao condomínio quando chegamos da praia, pois ele fica bem no meio da quadra, ou seja, por uma rua tinhamos de cortar dias faixas de trânsito (que não para de passar carro) e na outra rua tinhamos de parar o carro no meio da rua, atrapalhando o trânsito, para poder entrar no condomínio.
Mas no geral é um bom lugar.

I thought the access to the condominium was bad when we arrived from the beach, because it is right in the middle of the block, that is, on one street we had to cut traffic lanes for days (which do not stop passing cars) and on the other street we had to stop the car in the middle of the street, hindering traffic, to be able to enter the condominium.
But overall it is a good place.
