★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartamento maravilhoso, só deixo uma crítica a um dos moradores especificamente do 301 onde simplesmente fez uma acusação contra gente dizendo que estávamos meio que fazendo muito barulho e mudando os móveis de lugar, sendo que nem fizemos isso e ainda mais estávamos em uma viagem em família (sem criança), fiquei extremamente incomodado com a situação de certos moradores onde se acham melhor que as outras pessoas.
 Wonderful apartment, I just leave a criticism to one of the residents specifically from 301 where he simply made an accusation against people saying that we were kind of making a lot of noise and moving the furniture, and we didn't even do that and even more we were on a family trip (without a child), I was extremely uncomfortable with the situation of certain residents where they feel better than other people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the most beautiful residential complex directly on the beach of Cumbucu. It is very new and in good condition and is centrally located. There are many nice beach bars and restaurants nearby. The complex has a beautiful infinity pool with a view of the beach and the sea and a barbecue area, also with sea-view.
Our flat 301 has a wonderful sea view from the balcony, the sleeping rooms were large and modern with kitchen and one bathroom each.
The best, however, is that you can kite right in front of the complex.
