Claro como todo condomínio tem exigências, mas são bem simples de seguir, como: sem barulho depois das 22:00, o que faz sentido já que a piscina e a churrasqueira são perto de alguns apartamentos, sem barulhos durante o horário de almoço, pois as pessoas descansam nesse horário, etc. Regras básicas de qualquer prédio! Agora se pessoas, como alguns nesses comentários, acham que é muito trabalho serem educadas e seguir regras, então vão morar na favela, porque mais tranquilo e gente boa que esse prédio impossível. Tem espaço para criança, 2 piscinas (uma delas infantil), garagem interna, churrasqueira, área de lazer, etc. Graças a Deus o povo que reclama vai embora, assim só fica a nata aqui! Se não quer ficar aqui, ou se muda ou arranja um trabalho melhor e mora numa mansão kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um familiar comprou e achei o pior investimento que ele fez na vida. As condições de estrutura internas são péssimas, foram realizados muitos gastos é teve que trocar tudo. A maioria dos moradores extremamente mal educados. Não tem espaço para criança. Realmente se for morar pense duas vezes antes. Pq por fora é bem bonito, mas por dentro é um estresse. Recebi uma visita de uma pessoa que queria alugar é ainda fui multada. É um absurdo. Não indico a ninguém.
