★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar tranquilo de morar, o que deixa a desejar é que alguns moradores não tem o bom senso de manter o condomínio limpo e organizado (Área externa), crianças pintando e bordando pelas áreas externas desacompanhados dos pais, a piscina fica visível a pista, elevadores com pouca ventilação causando incomodo em tempos de calor.
 Quiet place to live, what leaves something to be desired is that some residents do not have the good sense to keep the condominium clean and organized (Outside area), children painting and embroidering by the outside areas unaccompanied by their parents, the pool is visible to the track, elevators with poor ventilation causing discomfort in times of heat.

Perto do novo shopping já funcionando, o mercado central municipal, terminal de ônibus do mercado, supermercados, o centro comercial, hospitais, escolas, oficinas... Economia de tempo e transporte pois dá até para ir andando a vários locais na redondeza.
