É um excelente condomínio, há piscina pequena para crianças e uma piscina semi olímpica, uma quadra 4x4 (futebol) e um parquinho recreativo, além de possuir uma academia e uma sauna.
Spacious leisure area and perfect for children, it is well located and there is a supermarket just behind the condominium and several restaurants in the vicinity.
It is an excellent condominium, there is a small swimming pool for children and a semi-Olympic pool, a 4x4 court (football) and a recreational playground, in addition to having a gym and a sauna.
