PRÉDIO FICA AFASTADO DA PISTA. COM ISSO REDUZ BARULHO DOS CARROS.
PENA QUE NÃO DISPÕEM DE ESTACIONAMENTO PARA VISITANTE E PRESTADOR DE SERVIÇO.
 VERY GOOD CONDOMINIUM.
A LOT OF PEACE AND QUIET.
BUILDING IS AWAY FROM THE LANE. THIS REDUCES THE NOISE OF CARS.
Pity THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE PARKING FOR VISITORS AND SERVICE PROVIDER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um condomínio bem localizado no cabula achei interessante como foi feito fica na parte baixa do terreno e em volta de cheio de verde da guarita até chegar no prédio são aproximadamente 300 metros deixando os moradores distante dos ruídos do tráfego e bem sossegado.

O acesso para pedestres é difícil, tem uma ladeira íngreme após passar pela guarita e não tem estacionamento para visitantes.
Cadeirante só poderá entrar de carro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maravilhoso Condomínio, área de lazer, salão de festa, cinema,..., muito respeito e harmonia entre os condôminos, sem contar com o silêncio e a paz de espírito que tem neste lugar pra viver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente localização e infraestrutura. Tem até sala de cinema e a academia é bem equipada. Como é recuado, os moradores têm o privilégio de morarem próximo do centro da cidade e dos principais shoppings sem o incômodo do barulho do trânsito. Como tem apenas um prédio - o que o difere positivamente de alguns condomínios da região - fica muito melhor para aos condôminos usufruirem das áreas comuns. Maravilhoso mesmo!
Excellent location and infrastructure. It even has a movie theater and the gym is well equipped. As is retreated, residents have the privilege of living near the city center and major shopping malls without the hassle of traffic noise. As it has only one building - which differs positively from some condominiums in the region - it is much better for the owners to enjoy the common areas. Wonderful indeed!
