★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio bem localizado, portaria bem severa para saber quem está entrando, porém quando é muito movimento, se atrapalham todo, eu sou corretora, tenho autorização para entrar para mostrar imóveis, inclusive o corretor que cadastrou o anúncio mora no condomínio e o porteiro mal ouviu o que eu disse e já foi dizendo que eu não tinha autorização e que a proprietária não atendia, sendo que eu informei quando me apresentei que a proprietária não ia atender mesmo pois não está morando no imóvel, e sim em outro país, enfim, depois de muita luta e discussão, a responsável tomou a frente, compreendeu o que estava acontecendo e me deixou entrar com o meu cliente, só que até dar certo foi 30min esperando com o cliente lá fora.
É excelente e prudente sim ter segurança, mas precisa também de atenção para saber quem é quem é não fazer ninguém esperar sem necessidade.
A Intenção não é prejudicar ninguém e sim dar sugestões para melhorar.

It is excellent and prudent to have security, but it also needs attention to know who it is not to make someone wait unnecessarily.
