★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, péssima empresa sem comprometimento com os clientes,comprei meu apartamento em 2018 e até hoje não recebi. Já recebi até cobrança de IPTU mas a chaves não foram entregues.Nunca entraram em contato para dar satisfação. Eu sempre os procuro e prometem datas que nunca cumpre. Mês passado entrei em contato e disseram que estava dependendo da ligação de água, acabei ligar na copasa e não consta nenhuma ordem de serviço para ligações no condomínio.
I do not recommend, terrible company without commitment to customers, I bought my apartment in 2018 and until today I have not received it. I have even received IPTU billing but the keys have not been delivered. They never contacted each other to give satisfaction. I always look for them and promise dates that I never keep. Last month I got in touch and they said I was depending on the water connection, I ended up calling at the house and there is no service order for connections in the condominium.
