É um lugar muito bom e somos bem representados pelos nossos síndicos.

Wonderful place to live, very well educated and kindly porters, always clean and well-kept leisure areas, always functional elevators, always clean corridors with a baby smell.
It is a very good place and we are well represented by our trustees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Padrão bem básico de construção, alvenaria sem insulação (apto esquenta muito e fica abafado), elevadores apertados e lerdos, esquadrias e maçanetas de baixa qualidade, sem suporte pra ar condicionado no apartamento, a maioria possui vaga de garagem longe do prédio ou próxima porém descoberta, o condomínio tem gás encanado mas não fizeram tubulação pra colocar chuveiros a gás, localização isolada, sem comércio próximo e perigoso com muitos assaltos no entorno
Prós: o básico de um condomínio fechado: portaria 24hr, lazer comum, apto bem "divididinho" e só.
(Obs.: Opinião de quem já morou em vários aptos de variados padrões de construção)
Very basic construction standard, masonry without insulation (it gets very hot and stuffy), cramped and sluggish elevators, low quality frames and door handles, no support for air conditioning in the apartment, most have parking space far from the building or close but discovered, the condominium has piped gas but no pipes were made to put gas showers, isolated location, no nearby shops and dangerous with many robberies in the surroundings
Pros: the basics of a gated community: 24hr concierge, common leisure, well "split" and that's it.
(Note: Opinion of those who have lived in various apartments of varying construction standards)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui conhecer um apartamento de uma amiga e achei o condomínio muito organizado, só entra mediante apresentação e autorização do proprietário do apartamento, possui elevador. O apartamento que eu fui tinha um ótimo espaço interno e bem dividido.
I went to see a friend's apartment and I found the condominium very organized, you can only enter upon presentation and authorization from the apartment owner, it has an elevator. The apartment I went to had a great internal space and was well divided.
