★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma graça esse condomínio, extremamente limpo, tem um play muito bonito. Cada bloco tem 2 elevadores, garamgem espaçosa, funcionamento simpáticos, piscina e churrasqueira.
It is a grace this extremely clean condominium has a very beautiful play. Each block has 2 lifts, spacious garamgem, friendly operation, swimming pool and barbecue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito barraqueiro na areia, disputando clientes e ocupando espaço dos banhistas, não tem onde estacionar o carro,a não ser os pagos,que são bem acima da média os preços....o mais barato é 20,00
a água é limpa e gostosa o resto não agradou....
A lot of shacks in the sand, competing for customers and occupying the bathers' space, there is nowhere to park the car, except for paid ones, which are well above average prices....the cheapest is 20.00
the water is clean and tasty the rest was not pleasing....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente local de moradia e convívio com os demais moradores. O condomínio como um todo tem um serviço excepcional de limpeza e cuidados com as plantas. O Village foi amor a primeira vista,tendo uma boa infraestrutura no prédio e serviço a moradores,e também, ótimas opções e espaço de vagas . Os funcionários são simpáticos e educados. Uma melhoria que poderia ser feita, é no play,onde as crianças brincam... poderia ter mais brinquedos e o local poderia se coberto ou ter uma opção, em dias de chuva,caso esteja tendo evento.
Excellent place to live and socialize with other residents. The condominium as a whole has an exceptional cleaning and plant care service. The Village was love at first sight, with a good infrastructure in the building and service to residents, as well as great options and parking spaces. The staff are friendly and polite. An improvement that could be made is in the play area, where children play... there could be more toys and the place could be covered or have an option, on rainy days, if there is an event.
