★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio em que tenho casa de veraneio tem ótima localização e bem fácil de se chegar. Ao entrar existe um estacionamento que os condôminos estacionam e há 3 "ruas" repletas de casas bem planejadas. No fundo, há um parque e a área do clube social.
Condominium in which I have a summer house has a great location and very easy to get to. Upon entering there is a parking lot that the tenants park and there are 3 "streets" full of well-planned houses. In the background, there is a park and the social club area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não é um local para ir com crianças ou pessoas que apreciem uma praia, pois a praia em frente não tem como entrar, até mesmo para se molhar. A areia é muito fofa o que dificulta caminhadas.
It is not a place to go with children or people who enjoy a beach, because the beach in front has no way to enter, even to get wet. The sand is very soft which makes walking difficult.

Excellent option for rest. Condominium with good infrastructure, with multi-sports court, playground, playroom and adult and children's pool, plus gourmet space with barbecue and ice machine. Security, outdoor parking for visitors and direct access to the beach are included.
