★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recebi um email dessa empresa.... Liguei para tentar esclarecer sobre documentação solicitada mas, infelizmente fui muito mal atendido pela Sra. Amanda que NÃO SOUBE RESPONDER MEUS QUESTIONAMENTOS. Invocava Leis que não sabe informar o número , restando afirmar que NÃO É PAGA PARA FAZER ESSE SERVIÇO. Desta sorte, indaguei se faz trabalho voluntário nessa empresa.... ???
Funcionária EXTREMAMENTE DESPREPARADA, sem conhecimento para esclarecer dúvidas, agressiva quando não sabe as respostas chegando ao absurdo dizer que NÃO É PAGA PARA FAZER ESSE SERVIÇO!!!
Prossegui dizendo que não está fazendo nenhum financiamento e não tem que correr atrás de nenhum documento.
Perguntei se a Sra. Amanda estava com algum problema, isso fez com que as respostas fossem mais GROSSEIRAS.
Sugiro mais educação, polidez e conhecimento acerca dos assuntos porque, salvo engano, trata-se de uma empregada em uma empresa de assessoria....
Atendimento PÉSSIMO, funcionária sem preparo para esclarecer pequenas dúvidas, chegando à grosseira e respostas evasivas....
