★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A infra-estrutura do condomínio é apenas razoável, espaço interno e casas pequenas, além disso as casas são muito próximas umas das outras e não tem academia no condomínio e a piscina é pequena pra tantos moradores. A localização é boa, na avenida principal, porém os porteiros precisam de mais treinamento no atendimento a moradores e visitantes.
The infrastructure of the condominium is just reasonable, internal space and small houses, in addition the houses are very close to each other and there is no gym in the condominium and the pool is small for so many residents. The location is good, on the main avenue, but the doormen need more training in serving residents and visitors.
