★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na verdade se trata de um residencial fechado .A segurança deixa um pouco a desejar .O padrão das casas deste condomínio São classe A .Aqui vc pode comprar um "lote" e construir sua casa do jeito que vc quer .As ruas são largas ,possue uma quadra e uma pequena pracinha .No ano de 2018 durante o período de chuvas ,algumas casa foram alagadas ,não sei se já resolveram o problema .....A localização ao lado do shopping pátio norte ,área de grande crescimento com padarias ,postos de combustíveis,academia ,lotérica e feira .

Here you can buy a "lot" and build your house the way you want it. The streets are wide, It has a block and a small square. In the year 2018 during the rainy season, some houses were flooded, I don't know if they already solved the problem ..... The location next to the north courtyard mall, fast growing area with bakeries , gas stations, gym, lottery and fair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que começou como loteamento transformou-se um condomínio fechado com excelentes casas. Segurança interna mediana e acesso pela frente e pelos fundos. O asfaltamento é um problema que chega a ser compensado pela tranquilidade do lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A segurança em relação a portaria deixa a desejar, as ruas estão com reparos a fazer e os proprietários dos terrenos que ainda não possuem obras deveriam manter os mesmos limpos em relação ao volume de mato.
