★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condominio totalmente desorganizado,entra qualquer pessoa sendo morador ou nao ,morei 6anos graças a deus consegui vender ,condominio caro e esta abandonado ,nao fazem melhoria ,nivel de moradores esta caindo muito,como disse tive sorte de vender e sair dai ,condominio individado e fazem rateio quase todo mês elevando mais o valor do condomínio, so procurar na net qtos ap estao vendendo ai ,dia de domingo ou feriado vc quase nao consegue guardar seu carro na tua vaga por ter tanto visitantes e como disse entra qualquer um sem ser barrado na portaria ,eu jamais voltaria comprar um ap nesse condominio .
 Condominium totally disorganized, anyone living in it or not, I lived 6 years thanks to God I managed to sell it, expensive condominium and it's abandoned, they don't do any improvement, level of residents is falling a lot, as I said I was lucky to sell and get out, condo in debt and they make an apportionment almost every month, increasing the value of the condominium even more, just search the net for what aps are selling there, on Sundays or holidays you can hardly keep your car in your parking space because you have so many visitors and as I said, anyone can enter without being barred at the gatehouse, I would never buy an ap in this condominium.
