★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar bom para morar, mas infelizmente algumas pessoas não respeitam regras, coisas que são cobradas em qualquer condomínio. O apartamento da MRV tem uma acústica ruim, depende da compreensão dos vizinhos para não falarem no corredor, descerem as escadas correndo ou colocarem som alto. Parece que está dentro de casa.
Para quem trabalho com edição de áudio e vídeos é horrível, pois a acústica é tão ruim que o microfone capta o áudio e você precisa regravar varias vezes.
É possível ouvir o celular vibrando no apartamento de cima devido a baixa qualidade do isolamento acústico.
Quando está em silencio, o condomínio é perfeito para morar.
 Good place to live, but unfortunately some people don't respect rules, things that are charged in any condominium. MRV's apartment has poor acoustics, it depends on the neighbors' understanding not to speak in the hallway, run down the stairs or turn on loud music. Looks like it's indoors.
For those who work with audio and video editing, it's horrible, because the acoustics are so bad that the microphone picks up the audio and you need to re-record several times.
It is possible to hear the cell phone vibrating in the apartment above due to the poor quality of the sound insulation.
When it's silent, the condo is perfect for living.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio excelente. Possui piscina, quadra de lazer, um morro atrás simpático onde conseguimos acesso com uma vista espetacular. O pessoal cultiva verduras e frutas no terreno da light onde temos acesso. Portaria show, todos os blocos possuem porta trancada com acesso a partir de token.
Excellent condo. It has a swimming pool, leisure court, a nice hill behind where we can access with a spectacular view. The staff grows vegetables and fruits on the light's land where we have access. Show ordinance, all blocks have a locked door with access from token.
