Havia uma fila muito grande na entrada de visitantes,devido a entregas e por conta de um "feliz" que não era morador e queria entrar pela entrada de moradores. Porém meu problema foi o constrangimento que o funcionário causou à pessoa que me levou que era motoqueiro,pedindo pra tirar a máscara- a pessoa já estava sem o capacete e já tinha mostrado o documento de identificação. O que me incomodou foi que o porteiro "não pediu o mesmo" para o entregador que estava à frente,por isso sei que a forma de tratamento foi diferente! Por conta da cor?... difícil viu?! E me senti constrangida também na saída quando coloquei o papel para abrir a cancela de forma errada e tinha que passar pelo leitor infravermelho e "os dois" porteiros riram de mim, o que me deixou envergonhada diante da pessoa que me levou. Nota ZERO pra eles por esse atendimento. SEI QUE A EMPRESA É CONCEITUADA E DE ÓTIMA DIREÇÃO, PORÉM OS FUNCIONÁRIOS FALHARAM FEIO NESSE DIA.
Problem with the entrance with the porters on the day I visited. There was a very long line at the entrance of visitors, due to deliveries and because of a "happy" person who was not a resident and wanted to enter through the residents' entrance. However my problem was the embarrassment that the employee caused to the person who took me who was a biker, asking to remove the mask - the person was already without the helmet and had already shown the identification document. What bothered me was that the porter "did not ask for the same" for the delivery man who was at the front, so I know that the treatment was different! Because of the color? ... difficult to see ?! And I also felt embarrassed at the exit when I put the paper to open the gate in the wrong way and had to go through the infrared reader and "the two" doormen laughed at me, which made me ashamed in front of the person who took me. Note ZERO to them for this service. I KNOW THE COMPANY IS CONCEPTED AND IN A GREAT DIRECTION, BUT THE EMPLOYEES FAILED UGLY ON THIS DAY.
