★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Com um edifício de alta rotatividade de pessoas entrando e saindo deveriam melhorar a entrada de veículos para embarque e desembarque. Existe uma ilha que não serve para nada, digo, serve apenas para atrapalhar e a entrada de veículos para embarque e desembarque ficam comprometidos, principalmente com a alta rotatividade de carros de aplicativos. O administrador ou síndico deveriam pensar como organizar essa entrada com uma reforma. Na atual situação fica até perigoso algum morador se machucar por conta que a passagem do veículo fica bem rente a porta de vidro (entrada/saida) do prédio.
