★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um ótimo lugar pra morar se você for olhar pela estética, mas os condôminos são mau educados, se você faz alguma coisa errada mesmo não sabendo e os condôminos perceberem você é reprovado e todos ficam contra você, além, também de ter que passar pela humilhação de ser reprovado em um grupo onde estão todos da vizinhança.
"Bom dia" eles te dão todos os dias, mas não pq são educados e sim pq são acostumados a isso.
