 Place is very good to live and is close to everything we have convenience and agility to travel anywhere in Sao Paulo, and the neighborhood is quiet, just do the good neighborhood policy and everyone can live in peace without worry when arriving or leave home !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio bem administrado, limpo e organizado com boa localização, porém, ATENÇÃO!!! Se vc procura tranquilidade, fuja daqui! O entorno é péssimo! Som alto e muita bagunça às sextas e sábados praticamente a noite toda. Rua muito barulhenta com motos estourando escapamento o tempo todo. Aqui já foi um local bom e tranquilo para morar.
Well managed, clean and organized condominium with good location, however, ATTENTION !!! If you are looking for tranquility, get away from here! The surroundings are terrible! Loud sound and a lot of mess on Fridays and Saturdays practically all night. Very noisy street with bikes bursting exhaust all the time. This was once a good and quiet place to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui visitar um amigo meu, ele convidou algumas pessoas para jogar um futebol como não tinha ninguém na quadra entramos e estavamos jogando quando apareceu um funcionário dizendo que apenas um vizitante poderia jogar na quadra acompanhado do morador mas não tinha ninguém na quadra jogando antes. Então não teria como a gente jogar. Claramente que foi uma questão de um mal prestador de serviço da parte dos funcionários e do gerente do prédio.
I went to visit a friend of mine, he invited some people to play soccer as there was no one on the court we entered and we were playing when an employee appeared saying that only a neighbor could play on the court accompanied by the resident but there was no one on the court playing before. So there would be no way for us to play. Clearly it was a matter of a poor service provider on the part of the employees and the building manager.
