★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ebbene sì ci sono tornato. Quando qualcosa merita ne vale la pena. Il Residence è bellissimo. La cortesia e la pulizia sono al primo posto. Gli appartamenti sono confortevoli e non manca assolutamente niente. Il proprietario Enni e la sua socia Deixe sono persone esemplari e degni di un 10 stelle. La posizione è ideale a 200 metri dal mare a 100 metri da un supermercato molto ben attrezzato. E per gli amanti del pesce, difronte c'è una pescheria di una signora simpaticissima che vende gamberoni freschissimi. A ca. 250 metri ci sono altre due pescherie ben attrezzate.
Finalmente delle vacanze fatte bene e non sie è speso più di tanto. Volevo aggiungere che la sicurezza in questo resorte è la priorità assoluta anche se alla fine è un posto sicuro. Però per i diffidenti....che vadano è splendido!
Yes, I came back. When something deserves it's worth it. The Residence is beautiful. Courtesy and cleanliness come first. The apartments are comfortable and there is absolutely nothing missing. The owner Enni and his partner Deixe are exemplary people worthy of 10 stars. The location is ideal 200 meters from the sea 100 meters from a very well-equipped supermarket. And for fish lovers, there's a fish in front of a very nice lady who sells fresh prawns. At approx. 250 meters there are two other well-equipped fish shops.
Finally, well-done and unspent holidays are spent that much. I wanted to add that security in this resorte is the top priority even if in the end it is a safe place. But for the wary .... they go is wonderful!

The view that this place provides is incredible! Spacious and with a balcony. Everything clean and tidy. Towels and bed linen ok!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Residence Village possui boa localização na Praia de Ponta Negra, é silencioso, limpo e organizado. A piscina é ótima, apesar de pequena. O serviço de portaria é ágil e eficiente. Seria excelente se tivesse um serviço de café da manhã.
The Residence Village has good location on Ponta Negra, is quiet, clean and organized. The pool is great, although small. The concierge service is agile and efficient. It would be great if you had a breakfast service.
