★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei pelo booking, o apartamento era otimo,mas os porteiros tem que ser reciclados,pois não sabem informar nada e ainda fazem pouco caso dos hóspedes, parece até que estamos de graça, fica até difícil um proprietário locar o imóvel diante de tanto despreparo dos funcionários.
I rented through booking, the apartment was great, but the doormen have to be recycled, as they don't know how to inform anything and still make light of the guests, it seems that we are free, it is even difficult for an owner to rent the property in the face of so much unpreparedness from employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O prédio é bem localizado, deu pra ir no centro e pra praia do Sul a pé, uns 20 minutos mais ou menos. Mas na avenida passa ônibus e é muito fácil e barato conseguir Uber nessa região.
A piscina do prédio é limpa.
O elevador é invisível e da pra ver a baía e a ponte Jorge Amado.
The building is well located, you could go downtown and to Praia do Sul on foot, about 20 minutes or so. But on the avenue there are buses and it is very easy and cheap to get an Uber in this region.
The building's swimming pool is clean.
The elevator is invisible and you can see the bay and the Jorge Amado bridge.
