★ ★ ★ ★ ★ levei meu laptop para realizar um conserto e o laptop voltou quebrado, além do técnico dizer q com certeza conseguiria consertar ( por palpite, pq nõa tinha experiência no assunto e nem em trabalhar com a minha máquina) não só não consertou como também quebrou a tela do meu laptop. Péssimo em avaliação de serviço e falta de cuidado. Se tivesse sido honesto como outros que tentatei consertar e me disseram q não dava, tudo bem. Mas ele foi irresponsável e no final voltei com o laptop pior do que foi. Vão consertar o dano q me geraram, mas recomendo uma avaliação mais honesta e precisa do que sabem ou não fazer. Dica, não superestimem seus serivços se não dão conta.
 I took my laptop to carry out a repair and the laptop came back broken, in addition to the technician saying that I would certainly be able to fix it (by guess, because I had no experience in the matter or in working with my machine) not only did not fix it but it also broke the screen my laptop. Poor service evaluation and lack of care. If I had been honest like others that I tried to fix and they told me it wasn’t possible, fine. But he was irresponsible and in the end I came back with the laptop worse than it was. They'll fix the damage they've caused me, but I recommend a more honest and accurate assessment of what they know or don't do. Tip, don't overestimate your services if you can't handle it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Igual outro comentários relatam, realmente o serviço não presta, a pesar de cobrar caro. O pessoal da loja fala que consegue consertar para fazer a venda mas a realidade é que o conserto quebra sozinho nem unas semanas depos do produto ser devolvido. Se tiver tempo, recomendo bastante ir em outras lojas para consertar seu produto. Fiquei bem decepcionado.
PS: pedi devolução do valor do conserto e a loja negou, jogando o problema acima de mim.
I do not recommend. As other reviews report, the service is really bad, despite being expensive. The store people say they can fix it to make the sale but the reality is that the repair breaks on its own not even a few weeks after the product is returned. If you have time, I highly recommend going to other stores to get your product fixed. I was very disappointed.
PS: I asked for a refund of the repair amount and the store denied it, throwing the problem above me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Installed a new camera on my Sony Vaio; works perfectly. With half of the payment up front they let me keep my laptop while they waited for the part to arrive. About a week later they emailed me and I dropped it off. They didn't complete the work by the end of the day, but delivered it to my residence that evening for free. Highly recommended.
