Infelizmente, não tem outro meio de contato a não ser pelo telefone fixo, e a promessa de retorno ao ter o serviço concluído não foi realizada, assim, esperei muito tempo para ter um feedback, sendo necessário que eu ligasse. Sugiro um e-mail ou um número com whatsapp ou telegram.
