★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível. Comprei meu vídeo game nessa loja, o vídeo game veio com defeito. Levei na loja e eles disseram que tinha um dinossauro dentro do console e por isso não podia trocar. Resultado: chamaram a polícia pra mim dizendo que eu era louco e ainda não me deram um vídeo game funcionando.
Horrible. I bought my video game at this store, the video game came defective. I took it to the store and they said there was a dinosaur inside the console and so I couldn't change it. Result: they called the police to me saying that I was crazy and they still didn't give me a working video game.

Para minha surpresa cheguei aqui e nao foi o que ocorreu. Estou aguardando o suporte que me foi passado que teria. Após a solução estarei concluindo a avaliação. Tive um suporte e fui atendido e até o presente momento meus problemas foram solucionados

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local não confiável , deixei o Xbox onde do meu filho para arrumar , paguei pelo serviço e após um ano o aparelho parou . Levei e. Outro lugar e fui informada que o serviço que paguei não foi realizado e sim só deram um jeito para funcionar por um tempo. O problema se agravou e hoje o aparelho não tem mais conserto.
Não deixem seu aparelho para eles arrumarem pois serão enganados como eu fui.
Boa noite , não sou cara de pau não e sim uma consumidora enganada. Sim e o menino é meu filho que ficou sem seu aparelho por causa de profissionais como vocês. Sim foi emitido uma nota que na realidade é um recibo preenchido a mão. Tem o selo da sua loja atras do aparelho e a fatura do cartão que foi parcelado em 4 vezesO conserto não foi realizado e sim deram um jeitinho para durar até um pouco após a garantia. Mas não irei prolongar e nem irei a sua loja a qual indiquei e me arrependo. O intuito é relatar para que outras pessoas não sejam enganadas com serviço enviado a sua autorizada .agora é um livre árbitro das pessoas de levarem seus aparelhos e confiarem a vocês. O meu papel foi relatar que não são confiáveis e se foi dado uma estrela é pq o Google não autoriza editar nada sem uma classificação e dei a mínima mesmo contrariada.
