Ao chegar já fui muito bem recebido pela Vitória com um sorriso no rosto - coisa rara de se ver nos dias de hoje. Muito prestativa, educada e simpática.

Good afternoon. I would like to record the excellent service I received this morning from Jociane and Vitória. I was a customer for over 20 years with another broker and closed the insurance of my vehicle at ConectaValle, they got a value well below what I would already pay. Upon arriving I was already very well received by Vitória with a smile on my face - a rare thing to see these days. Very helpful, polite and friendly.
I also highlight Jociane's patience and cordiality, I asked a thousand questions and all were promptly resolved. No rush to close, everything very well explained, an excellent professional! As I told Jociane on the phone, I felt at home and became a customer. Congratulations Jociane and Vitória.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre renovo o seguro do carro com eles achando que eu tinha todas as coberturas...(faróis, lanternas, retrovisores)...e quando o vidro do meu carro foi quebrado e entrei em contato com a seguradora, me informaram que cobertura de vidros não tinha.
Achei muita sacanagem da corretora.
Meu seguro vencerá no mês que vêm 05/12/20221, quero ver se eles terão a cara de pau de entrar em contato comigo para a renovação com eles.
I always renew my car insurance with them thinking I had all the coverage...(headlights, taillights, mirrors)...and when my car window was broken and I contacted the insurance company, they told me what coverage I needed. glasses did not have.
I thought the broker was very dirty.
My insurance will expire next month 12/05/20221, I want to see if they will have the nerve to contact me for renewal with them.
