★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consertou minha impressora, porém aconteceu um fato estranho: a impressora chegou com os reservatórios de tinta quase cheios, e saii com eles quase vazios. Questionei e um dos profissionais me disse que a tinta havia sido utilizada em testes. Na época eu não conhecia o consumo da impressora e por isso não questionei, mas hoje eu entendo que a tinta gasta na autorizada daria pra imprimir mais de 2 mil folhas. Até hoje não entendo o que houve mas com certeza não foi o que o profissional lá justificou.
He repaired my printer, but a strange fact happened: the printer arrived with the ink reservoirs almost full, and came out almost empty. I questioned and one of the professionals told me that the paint had been used in tests. At the time I did not know the consumption of the printer and so I did not question, but today I understand that the ink spent on the authorized would give to print more than 2,000 sheets. To this day I do not understand what happened but it was certainly not what the professional there justified.

levei minha impressora que estava na garantia 2 vezes para ele e as 2x voltou com o msm problema e ainda passou mais de 2 meses pra entregar ai a garantia venceu e pronto fiquei no prejuizo.
nao sei como eh que a canon tem uma assistencia tao pessima como essa
