★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde o início tive uma péssima experiência, minha internet é de 60 megas e é mais lenta do que a de 30 que eu tinha antes. Agora vou me mudar, não atendem no bairro que vou morar, e mesmo assim querem me cobrar a multa da fidelidade , sendo que são eles que não prestamno serviço. Péssimo atendimento, fazem pouquíssimo caso de nós. Não vejo a hora de me livrar.
 Since the beginning I had a bad experience, my internet is 60 megs and is slower than the 30 I had before. Now I'm going to move, they don't answer in the neighborhood I'm going to live in, and even then they want to charge me the loyalty fine, since they're the ones who don't do the job. Bad service, they make very little case of us. I can't wait to get rid of it.

Poderia ser "legalzinho" se houvesse um investimento no atendimento ao consumidor.

Terrible! Better keep insisting on other operators. If you are going to work from a home office, prepare the chamomile, and internet only in the morning.
It could be "cool" if there was an investment in customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet com ótima qualidade. Algumas vezes cai, mas o atendimento e o retorno em solucionar o problema é muito rápido. Menos de 1h para que seja resolvido. Os técnicos de campo também são super gente boa. As meninas do atendimento super educadas e prestativas. Super recomendo a empresa.
Internet with great quality. Sometimes it falls, but the service and the response in solving the problem is very fast. Less than 1 hour for it to be resolved. The field technicians are also very good people. The service girls were super polite and helpful. I highly recommend the company.

Não os recomendo.... irei só esperar o término do contrato pra fazer o cancelamento do fornecimento do mesmo !!!
