★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito com os clientes, vocês vendem seus serviços sem prestar o devido serviço, apenas colocam os aparelho na Sua casa e lhe entregam um carne é tchau, se a internet cair não tem atendimento, se não conseguir pagar um boleto no dia do vencimento não tem atendimento, se for mudar de lugar não tem atendimento. Vou só espera completar os 12 meses do contrato é fazer igual a vocês tchau Conet nunca mais.fica aki meu arrependimento por ter usado a internet dessa empresa.todos os telefones não atendem como pode você não conseguir falar com ninguém dessa empresa pra pedir ajudar por falta de internet, lembrando estou em dia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A internet da Conet é excelente rápida não trava , chega o plano contratado pelo cliente e sempre que procuro o suporte técnico sou muito bem atendida, todos muito prestativos maravilhosos e cuidadosos além de rápidos no atendimento os técnicos também são super atenciosos. SUPER INDICO ESSA EMPRESA !!!!

Suporte técnico não ajuda em nada, se der um problema na internet vc morre é ninguém resolve, e pra resolver é uma demora absurda. Se vc tiver precisando de internet, trabalhando, morrendo e depender da internet só mandam vc esperar e fica por isso mesmo ... literalmente vc que lute...
Bad service, I just don't change yet because I don't know another one, but I will look for it. Technical support does not help at all, if there is a problem on the internet you die is nobody solves it, and to solve it is an absurd delay. If you need the internet, work, die and depend on the internet just tell you to wait and that's why ... literally you fight ...

As poucas vezes que precisei fui super bem atendida com prontidão fora que os atendentes super atenciosos com clientes. A empresa CONET TELECOM é uma excelente empresa tem sim seu diferencial, uma empresa super compreensiva principamente durante a pandemia. Super recomendo sim por isso vou dar Cinco estrelas.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Provedor tem uma boa estabilidade, o atendimento e razoável , e bem organizado porém não cumpre Arts. 90 da Resolução nº 632/2014 da Anatel. Segundo eles atendimento especial e somente para clientes corporativo, e não cumprem também o prazo de 15 dias e nem notificam o cliente da falta de pagamento
