Depois de tanto esperar pelo orçamento do serviço em minha impressora, tive que desisti do serviço pela demora, e mesmo assim esperei muito para reaver minha impressora, perdi 2 semanas para reaver minha impressora e a mesma voltou toda suja de graxa e com os cartuchos de tinta bloqueados. Meu vizinho passou por um problema parecido com o notebook dele nesta loja.
Sem profissionalismo e comprometimento com o consumidor!!!
Em Miguel Couto tem profissionais mais qualificados e comprometidos do que nesta loja!

After waiting so long for the service budget on my printer, I had to give up the service for the delay, and yet I waited a long time to get my printer back, I lost 2 weeks to get my printer back, and it got all dirty with grease ink blocked. My neighbor experienced a similar problem with his notebook in this store.
Without professionalism and commitment to the consumer !!!
Miguel Couto has more qualified and committed professionals than in this store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom eu sempre comprei minhas peças nessa loja e ja recomendei pra 3 pessoas, mas me decepcionei depois de o que aconteceu. levei meu pc pra eles montarem e quando fui pegar percebi que tinha arranhado a lateral de vidro do meu gabinete em 3 lugares e em um o arranhão era fundo e grande, tbm percebi que os parafusos e até a parte metalica do gabinete estavam sujos e danificados. sendo que eu nunca tinha usado o gabinete antes.
Espero nunca mais ter que voltar a essa loja, sem o mínimo cuidado com as nossas coisas.
Well I always bought my pieces in this store and I already recommended it to 3 people, but I was disappointed after what happened. I took my pc for them to mount and when I went to get it I realized that I had scratched the glass side of my case in 3 places and in one the scratch was deep and big, I also noticed that the screws and even the metal part of the case were dirty and damaged . being that I had never used the cabinet before.
I hope I never have to go back to that store again, without the slightest care with our things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é péssimo e demorado, o proprietário é grosseiro assim com os funcionários e não resolveram o problema do meu computador e no dia que eu estive na loja para consertar minha máquina outra pessoa também reclamava da não solução do problema de seu computador.
Ainda tive que levar meu computador em um profissional de verdade.
Não indico!!!

Quero deixar público aqui que após a avaliação que eu fiz hoje o proprietário da loja me ligou insistentemente por duas vezes.

The service is terrible and slow, the owner is rude to the employees and they didn't solve the problem with my computer and the day I was in the store to fix my machine another person was also complaining about not solving the problem with his computer.
I still had to take my computer to a real professional.
I do not recommend!!!
