★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bons produtos, mas só pude verificar o produto quando comprei. A vendedora não queria desfazer a arrumação da embalagem, apesar de ter sido bastante educada e atenciosa. Nota-se um despreparo para atender o cliente, imagino que se perca vendas por não abrir o produto.
Good products, but I could only check the product when I bought it. The saleswoman didn't want to undo the packing, though she was very polite and helpful. There is a lack of preparation to serve the customer, I imagine losing sales by not opening the product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não consegui comprar nesta loja, atendimento péssimo. Não consegui ver o produto. A atendente se recusou a enviar fotos e não passou para a gerência da Loja. Iria enviar 5 redes para minas gerais de presente a família, porém precisava ver as redes, tudo foi explicado para a atendente, mas infelizmente a mesma recusou a enviar por wdzp fotos e não podia passar contato da gerência da loja para que eu pudesse explicar e solicitar o que eu precisava. Lamentável, com o avanço da tecnologia para facilitar tbm as vendas, deparar com atendimento tão engessados.
I couldn't buy from this store, poor service. I couldn't see the product. The attendant refused to send photos and did not pass it on to the Store's management. I would send 5 hammocks to minas gerais as a gift to the family, but I needed to see the hammocks, everything was explained to the attendant, but unfortunately she refused to send photos via wdzp and could not contact the store management so that I could explain and request what I needed. It is regrettable, with the advancement of technology to facilitate sales as well, to find such a stale service.
