★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chegamos eu e a minha esposa no local. Minha esposa fez uma simples pergunta e a pessoa do outro lado do balcão não esboçou nenhuma reação ou fez um atendimento básico. A loja vazia. Ignorou a nossa presença. Como não precisasse de clientes. Lamentável e um atendimento amador e pífio.
 My wife and I arrived at the place. My wife asked a simple question and the person on the other side of the counter didn't show any reaction or provide basic assistance. The empty store. You ignored our presence. Like I didn't need customers. Disappointing and amateurish and poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O bolo é uma delícia, mas não consigo comprar, porque o telefone nunca atende, toda vez é a mesma coisa....vc manda WhatsApp, pedem pra vc ligar. Ou da ocupado ou toca até cair.
The cake is delicious, but I can't buy it, because the phone never answers, every time it's the same thing....you send WhatsApp, they ask you to call. Either keep busy or ring till you drop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tive boa experiência, pedi bolo de uma cor ( enviei foto ) me cobraram 15,00 a mais no quilo para isso, não conseguiram fazer ( não tem experiência) e na última hora , cobraram mais 15,00 no quilo,e mesmo assim não ficou do jeito que pedi, nao recomendo fazer nesse lugar , somente comer no local ou comprar o que já sabem fazer ( os que já estão no mostruário )
I didn't have a good experience, I asked for a one-color cake (I sent a photo) they charged me 15.00 more per kilo for this, they couldn't make it (no experience) and at the last minute, they charged 15.00 more per kilo, and even then It didn't turn out the way I asked, I don't recommend doing it in this place, just eating in the place or buying what they already know how to make (the ones that are already in the showcase)
