★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doces maravilhosos mas atendimento péssimo, atendente usando celular tempo todo e nem oferecia nenhuma outra opção , local com ar-condicionado desligado e repleto de pernilongo !
Wonderful sweets but terrible service, attendant using cell phone all the time and didn't even offer any other option, place with air conditioning off and full of mosquitoes!

Delíciosos bolos, bombas de chocolate, pudim e enfim, tudo de melhor quando o assunto é doces combinados com um belo café.
O café também é muito saboroso e o ambiente é confortável e lindo.
Devido o atendimento aos protocolos contra o COVID 19, a confeitaria não permitia o consumo no local, apenas pedidos para viagem ou entrega.
Mas o espaço é lindo, perfeitamente limpo e organizado, decoração cheia de beleza, delicadeza e cuidado.
Vale muito a pena ir conhecer e tomar um delicioso café, depois que tudo isso passar.
Foi um prazer conhecer a confeitaria e quero voltar em breve para sentar e curtir a vista da janela.

Incredible confectionery.
Delicious cakes, chocolate bombs, pudding and whatever, all the better when it comes to sweets combined with a beautiful coffee.
The coffee is also very tasty and the atmosphere is comfortable and beautiful.
Due to the compliance with the protocols against COVID 19, the confectionery did not allow consumption on site, only orders for travel or delivery.
But the space is beautiful, perfectly clean and organized, decoration full of beauty, delicacy and care.
It is very worthwhile to get to know and have a delicious coffee, after all this is over.
It was a pleasure to visit the bakery and I want to come back soon to sit and enjoy the view from the window.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre hospedo-me no Hotel Livramento Palace Hotel, pois gosto muito de uma boa comida e de ser bem recebido onde quer que vá. Lamentavelmente, tive o desprazer de querer conhecer a Confeitaria Amorim. Começou da recepção, onde dei boa tarde a dois funcionários e não responderam. Me sentei na área interna e esperei ser atendido, mas isso não aconteceu!!! Tinham muitos funcionários mas nenhum deles veio até a mesa onde eu estava.
Esperei por nove minutos e não fui atendido por ninguém. Me senti obrigado a levantar-me e fui embora, com a certeza de nunca mais, nunca mais voltar a este estabelecimento.
I always stay at the Hotel Livramento Palace Hotel, because I really like good food and being well received wherever I go. Unfortunately, I had the misfortune of wanting to visit Confeitaria Amorim. It started from reception, where I said good afternoon to two employees and they didn't respond. I sat in the inner area and waited to be served, but it didn't happen!!! There were many employees but none of them came to the table where I was.
I waited for nine minutes and no one answered. I felt compelled to get up and left, with the certainty of never, never coming back to this establishment.

Cozy place, delicious coffee and strawberry cheese cake on the whim! Too bad it's not open for lunch and dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma Cafeteria com uma estrutura bonita, bem localizada e com um ótimo atendimento. Para quem gosta de coisas doce, aqui é o lugar! Muita opção de bolos, sobremesas, tortas... Enfim, achei as bebidas também bastante doce, é questão de gosto! É um local com valor acima da média das outras cafeterias.
Recomendo a visita!
A Cafeteria with a beautiful structure, well located and with great service. For those who like sweet things, this is the place! Lots of options for cakes, desserts, pies... Anyway, I found the drinks also quite sweet, it's a matter of taste! It is a place with value above the average of other coffee shops.
