★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca fui atendida com simpatia no local. É bom dia, boa tarde, boa noite e pede logo. O que é aceitável, pois nunca fui mal recebida. E só não dou 5 estrelas por isso, pois as coisas são deliciosas, principalmente a esfirra de carne e o brioche de requeijão. Ainda assim recomendo.
 I was never met with sympathy at the place. It's a good day, good afternoon, good night and ask soon. Which is acceptable since I was never badly received. And I just do not give 5 stars because of that, because things are delicious, especially the meat grilled and the curd brioche. I still recommend it.

Encomendei um produto com antecedência, demorei quase meia hora para conseguir pagar, e quando fui retirar o produto, descobri que ele tinha sido vendido para outra pessoa. Precisei brigar para que devolvessem meu dinheiro. Fui tratada com total descaso e falta de respeito. Não recomendo a ninguém.
Terrible attendance. I ordered a product in advance, it took me almost half an hour to pay, and when I went to pick up the product, I found that it had been sold to someone else. I had to fight to get my money back. I was treated with total neglect and lack of respect. I don't recommend it to anyone.

The products are top notch, it is worth it, but the service is terrible, the attendants are in a bad mood, it seems they don't like to get what you are asking to buy.
