A DAMA nasceu em 2009 fornecendo seus produtos para estabelecimentos de alto padrão em São Paulo.
Em Setembro de 2011 as sócias, Daniela e Mariana Gorski, abriram as portas da Confeitaria para o público com seus doces, bolos e sobremesas preparados artesanalmente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a busy day but we waited for an hour to get two croissants, after ordering - with several asks for three different waiters. One of our friends asked for the manager. The little girl started crying when. One of the waiters said they hadn't written the order - after 50 minutes. Nobody seemed to care or ask or check why we were not served. On top of it, it is way too expensive: a single croissant sells for R$17, a salmon sandwich for R$27. Add two medium lattes and the bill was R$89. Disappointed with the service, the food, and the price. I won't come back.
