Fiz um pedido pelo ifood no dia 31/10 e depois de alguns minutos, mesmo o restaurante tendo confirmado o pedido, fui comunicado pelo chat a falta de um item. Solicitei o cancelamento do pedido e o restaurante se recusou jogando a responsabilidade para o cliente. Mais uma vez solicitei o cancelamento pelo chat do ifood e o estabelecimento se recusou a cancelar.
Seria a segunda vez que iria fazer um pedido, mesmo tendo percebido a baixa qualidade de alguns ingredientes na primeira vez que foram solicitados. Enfim, comida de baixa qualidade, falta de respeito com o cliente, e apropriação indébita do valor cobrado no meu cartão!
Solicito imediatamente o estorno do pedido que não foi entregue e a repetição do indébito segundo o art 42 do CDC.
Deplorable establishment!
I placed an order through ifood on 10/31 and after a few minutes, even though the restaurant had confirmed the order, I was notified via chat that an item was missing. I requested the cancellation of the order and the restaurant refused, placing the responsibility on the customer. Once again I requested the cancellation through the ifood chat and the establishment refused to cancel.
It would be the second time I would place an order, even though I noticed the low quality of some ingredients the first time they were ordered. Anyway, poor quality food, lack of respect for the customer, and misappropriation of the amount charged to my card!
I immediately request the reversal of the order that was not delivered and the repetition of the undue payment according to art 42 of the CRC.
