★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepção! Conheci o local em 2017. Era incrível. Mas, de 2019 em diante, quem assumiu a casa não conseguiu bom desempenho. As duas últimas vezes que estive em Santos (2020/2022)parei pra tomar um café e comer uma torta, já que me hospedei em hotel bem próximo. Nas duas vezes, um homem sisudo, sem qualquer simpatia, atendeu, ou melhor, nos desatendeu! Uma funcionária, veio tirar o pedido. O café veio morno. A bomba de chocolate, seca. Nada na vitrine parecia com os doces deliciosos que experimentei nas vezes anteriores. Por favor, se insistem nesse ramo, contratem uma doceira. Ou, repensem na troca do nome: Joinville é uma cidade catarinense que prima por ótimos cafés e excelentes doces. Bem diferente da casa homônima, em Santos…
Disappointment! Discovered the place in 2017. It was amazing. But from 2019 onwards, whoever took over the house did not perform well. The last two times I was in Santos (2020/2022) I stopped for a coffee and a pie, as I stayed in a hotel very close by. Both times, a serious man, without any sympathy, answered, or rather, ignored us! An employee came to take the order. The coffee came warm. The chocolate bomb, dry. Nothing in the window looked like the delicious pastries I'd tried on previous occasions. Please, if you insist on this branch, hire a confectioner. Or, rethink the name change: Joinville is a city in Santa Catarina that excels in great coffees and excellent sweets. Very different from the homonymous house, in Santos…
