★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido pelo ifood e não fiquei satisfeita com o produto, por mais que venha bem embalado, o ovo de chocolate é muito pequeno e com pouco recheio comparado ao preço que paguei.
Pois bem, fiz o protocolo padrão de solicitar devolução sem violação da embalagem e reembolso e o mesmo foi feito, tudo certo!
Entretanto a responsável pelo local me ligou no meu número pessoal para me insultar e ofender por eu estar insatisfeita com o produto, a mesma não tem o mínimo de respeito, educação e sensibilidade com o cliente.
NÃO RECOMENDO À NINGUÉM, FOI A PRIMEIRA E ÚLTIMA VEZ QUE COMPRO ALGO DO LOCAL.
I ordered it through ifood and I was not satisfied with the product, even though it comes well packaged, the chocolate egg is very small and with little filling compared to the price I paid.
Well, I did the standard protocol of requesting a return without violating the packaging and refund and the same was done, all right!
However, the person responsible for the place called me on my personal number to insult and offend me for being dissatisfied with the product, she doesn't have the least respect, education and sensitivity with the customer.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE, IT WAS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I BUY SOMETHING FROM THE PLACE.
