Toda vez que liga não atende, deixa o cliente vários dias sem retorno, falta de informação completa, só stress ... de confiança só tem o nome mesmo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, aluguei uma casa para minha mãe através deles e já tivemos diversos problemas com contas que não foram pagas pelo locatário anterior e até mesmo na mudança da conta de agua para o nosso nome. Se você está pensando em fazer algum negócio com eles não faça!
Terrible, I rented a house for my mother through them and we have had several problems with bills that were not paid by the previous tenant and even with the change of the water bill to our name. If you're thinking of doing business with them, don't!

Terrible service, poorly educated brokers, poorly informed. abusive fees, my sister broke the contract. it looked like she was buying a house, fee for everything... in addition to everything, she has no respect for the tenant, a lot of debauchery

Também trabalho na área de vendas e tudo o que NÃO deve ser feito com um cliente, eles fazem. Não respondem, não dão retorno, são mal educados, etc... Não percam seu tempo e leiam os outros comentários aqui no google, a grande maioria são negativos.
Obs.: Coloquei uma estrela pq sou obrigado para poder comentar, mas não merecem nenhuma.

I also work in sales and everything that should NOT be done with a client, they do. They don't respond, they don't give feedback, they're rude, etc... Don't waste your time and read the other comments here on google, the vast majority are negative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, tive um imóvel sendo administrado por eles e ao final do contrato o imóvel estava com várias pendências, usaram vários argumentos para não ter que cobrar do inquilino a manutenção correta. Todas as vezes que entrei em contato sempre foi demorado as vezes no outro dia.
Não recomendo péssimo serviço.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior erro da minha vida, me prometeram mil coisa e nada foi feito...
fui cliente por 30 meses e toda vez que precisei nunca fui atendido, quando eu precisava de algo eu tinha que dar meu jeito. No inicio do contrato chegaram a me cobrar multa por atraso, sendo que eles não tinham emitido o boleto. Ainda no Primeiro ano, minha caixa d'agua estava sem tampa, eu passei 2 semanas implorando para darem um jeito, que só foi solucionado quando eu tive que fazer por conta própria.
Me informaram que o contrato era de 30 meses, mas que após o 12 mês eu poderia sair se pagar a multa, com 25 meses eu tentei sair e fui informado que teria de pagar uma multa violenta.
Ao termino do contrato eu pintei a casa, porém foi solicitado um ajuste, eu ajustei e me cobram o período em que a chave estava com eles, mesmo eles me informando que esse tempo não gerava pendências financeiras.
Se quiser fazer negócio leiam cada linha do contrato e guardem cada prova, pois eles vão querer sempre tirar tudo de você.

I was a customer for 30 months and every time I needed it I was never answered, when I needed something I had to find my way. At the beginning of the contract, they charged me a fine for delay, since they had not issued the ticket. Still in the first year, my water tank was without a lid, I spent 2 weeks begging them to fix it, which was only solved when I had to do it on my own.
I was informed that the contract was for 30 months, but that after 12 months I could leave if I paid the fine, at 25 months I tried to leave and was informed that I would have to pay a violent fine.
At the end of the contract, I painted the house, but an adjustment was requested, I adjusted and they charged me the period in which the key was with them, even though they informed me that this time did not generate any financial backlogs.
If you want to do business, read every line of the contract and keep every piece of evidence, as they will always want to take everything from you.
