★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico a ninguém! Se possível até alerto a todos para que façam a leitura do contrato junto com o “vendedor” e o grave falando, pois quando vc aciona, o contrato muda! E oq vale é a palavra deles!
Um primo meu teve o carro roubado a mais de um mês, ele mal consegue respostas com o pessoal da associação e quando consegue eles só dizem que tem o prazo legal, que é de 90 dias úteis! Algo em torno de 4 meses e meio e só depois disso será feito o pagamento possivelmente em 3 parcelas.
O prazo total pra resolverem o problema é de +\-7 meses! Isso sem fazerem contato pra dar informação alguma. Enquanto isso vc fica sem carro, sem resposta, e sem nada!
Obs: o descaso no atendimento na base da empresa. Fui com ele e nos atenderam super mal. Apenas 1 único funcionário teve decência no atendimento e mesmo assim aplicou os ensinamentos que deve ter recebido da empresa; distorcem as palavras do contrato. O contrato Diz que tem 90 dias para pagar ou substituir o veículo, lá, isso muda totalmente.
Meus familiares todos eram associados e os que não saíram ainda vão sair! Já foram cerca de 12 Veiculos.

A cousin of mine had his car stolen more than a month ago, he barely gets answers from the association's staff and when he does they just say that he has the legal deadline, which is 90 working days! Somewhere around 4 and a half months and only after that will payment be made possibly in 3 installments.
The total deadline for solving the problem is + \ - 7 months! This without making contact to give any information. Meanwhile you are without a car, without an answer, and with nothing!
Note: the neglect of service at the company's base. I went with him and they treated us very badly. Only one single employee had decent service and even so he applied the teachings he must have received from the company; distort the words of the contract. The contract says that you have 90 days to pay or replace the vehicle, there, that totally changes.
My family members were all members and those who didn't leave will still leave! There have already been about 12 vehicles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já avaliei várias vezes e as várias vezes me ligaram pedindo para q eu apagasse a avaliação pois resolveriam minha situação.
Pois é... já estou a meses sem solução! Já estão com meu carro a +/- 30 dias, estão com o recibo em mãos preenchido a mais de 70 dias e até então não fui indenizado e nem tive o veículo devolvido.
Faço contato e me pedem para aguardar pois não tem resposta da diretoria ainda.
Se os próprios funcionários não tem resposta da empresa imagina os associados.
Quanto a reparos eu vejo as pessoas elogiando, ok. Mas em questão do furto, por experiência própria não indico a ninguém e já foram muitos comhecidos q se desligaram da confiança por conhecerem a situação.

If the employees themselves do not have an answer from the company, imagine the associates.
As for repairs, I see people praising, ok. But in the matter of theft, from my own experience I do not recommend it to anyone and there have been many acquaintances who have disconnected from the trust because they know the situation.

I WAS INJURED IN AN ACCIDENT BY THE INSURED, AND AS THE THIRD PARTY I HAD HORRIBLE SERVICE, IN ADDITION TO THE DELAY, THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU ANY FEEDBACK, THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU ANY WARRANTY OF THE LENDING, WHEN YOU DELIVERY YOUR VEHICLE, THEY SIMPLY CLAIM THAT THEY ARE NOT AN INSURANCE COMPANY AND THEY USE THE TERM THEY WANT WITHOUT ANY REASONABILITY. IN ADDITION THEY DON'T GIVE YOU ANY FORM OF SERVICE WITH THE OMBUDSMAN, AND IF YOU DON'T INSIST BY WHATSAPP THOUSANDS OF TIMES THEY DON'T HELP YOU. EVEN INVOICE OF THE PARTS THAT THEY EXCHANGE WERE CAPABLE OF DELIVERY. BEYOND DISORGANIZED AND POORLY EDUCATED. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVEN TO MY ENEMY.
