Na entrada tem uma recepção e no momento em que chegamos não nos foi informado como tudo funcionava , então ficamos meio perdidos em relação a todo o funcionamento. Fiquei lá por umas 3 horas e foi difícil esperar todo esse tempo sentada numa cadeira de madeira (daquelas de bar) sem ter nada pra olhar e desconfortável. O ambiente e muito bem cuidado, interessante e limpo.
O que ele mais gostou foi o corte que foi feito num dia diferente dos demais serviços que ele ultilizou. Percebe-se claramente também que clientes com mais assiduidade tem tratamentos diferentes e isso pode parecer clichê, mas me deixou um pouco incomodada porque era pra nós um ambiente novo e desconhecido.
Contudo, acho que vale a pena uma outra visita pra tirar as primeiras más impressões, acho que talvez nós só tenhamos nos sentido meio perdidos.

At the entrance there is a reception and when we arrived we were not informed how everything worked, so we were a little lost in relation to the whole operation. I stayed there for about 3 hours and it was difficult to wait all this time sitting on a wooden chair (those of a bar) without having anything to look at and uncomfortable. The environment is very well maintained, interesting and clean.
What he liked most was the cut that was made on a different day from the other services he used. It is also clear that clients with more attendance have different treatments and this may seem cliché, but it made me a little uncomfortable because it was a new and unknown environment for us.
However, I think it is worth another visit to take the first bad impressions, I think that maybe we just felt a little lost.
