★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é muito boa, tem muita variedades de periféricos e eletrônicos, fui atendido pelo Raphael e ele explica detalhadamente até para leigos entenderem.
Agora dois pontos negativos.
O primeiro é a questão de horário de funcionamento. Lá diz que abre as 10:00, porém uma vez cheguei e esperei até 11:30 que foi a hora que chegou os funcionários para abrir (aconteceu também na hora de abrir pela parte da tarde). As 3 vezes que fui na loja as três não estavam aberta dentro do horário de funcionamento.
O outro ponto é sobre os serviços, precisam melhorar a questão da comunicação com o cliente. Deixei um PC para ser verificado, falaram que entrariam em contato tal dia para dizer o que precisaria para ser consertado. Passou dois dias depois do marcado e não entrou em contato. E quando a gente tenta ligar no número deles, as vezes ninguém atende ou não respondem no whatsapp. Espero que levem como uma crítica construtiva.
Continuarei usando os serviços deles.

The other point is about services, they need to improve the issue of communication with the customer. I left a PC to be checked, they said they would contact me that day to say what I would need to be fixed. Two days passed after the appointment and did not contact. And when we try to call their number, sometimes nobody answers or doesn't answer on whatsapp. I hope you take it as a constructive criticism.
I will continue to use their services.

Muito desapontado. Pelas avaliações, esperava mais profissionalismo do local. Aguardando para ver se têm a decência de me responder. Mas com profissinalismo e dignidade.
