★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ineficiente , sobre o serviço não posso avaliar pois nem cheguei a utilizar. Agendei o corte , deixei o contato e para a minha surpresa não fui contactado e passou outro cliente na frente , pedindo p eu retornar após 40 minutos ou mais.
 Inefficient service, about the service I cannot evaluate because I didn't even use it. I scheduled the cut, left the contact and to my surprise I was not contacted and another customer passed in front, asking me to return after 40 minutes or more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profissionais não parecem saber distinguir entre ambiente de trabalho e estádio de futebol. Resenham em voz alta entre si sobre seus times de futebol sem qualquer preocupação com bem estar do cliente. Não recomendo.
Professionals do not seem to know how to distinguish between work environment and football stadium. Reside each other loudly about your football teams without any concern for customer well-being. Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na sexta dia 06/07 fui cortar o cabelo por volta das 16:00. Sentei para esperar minha vez e nao pude acreditar no que eu estava presenciando. Dois cabeleleiros que estavam cortando o cabelo de clientes discutiam em voz alta sobre politica. No primeiro momento pensei em deixar o salao, mas como eu tinha tomado o cafe de cortesia decidi ficar. Que arrependimento. Foi uma pessima experiencia. Uma falta de profissionalismo sem igual. Era perceptivel que as secretarias estavam constrangidas tambem. O rapaz que cortou meu cabelo nao participou diretamente da discussao, mas parou em alguns momentos para opinar. qdo cheguei em casa percebi que tinha uma mecha desproporcional e alguns buracos em meu cabelo. Lamentavel esse tipo de situacao. Espero que o responsavel pelo empreendimento seja capaz de trazer uma solucao para esse tipo de problema. Eu tenho certeza que jamais voltarei.
On Friday 06/07 I had my hair cut at around 4:00 p.m. I sat down to wait my turn and could not believe what I was witnessing. Two hairdressers who were cutting clients' hair were arguing aloud about politics. At first I thought about leaving the room, but as I had taken the complimentary coffee I decided to stay. What a regret. It was an awful experience. A lack of unparalleled professionalism. It was perceptible that the secretaries were embarrassed too. The guy who cut my hair did not participate directly in the discussion, but stopped in a moment to give his opinion. When I got home I realized that I had a disproportionate stake and some holes in my hair. Regrets this kind of situation. I hope that the entrepreneur is able to bring a solution to this type of problem. I'm sure I'll never go back.
