★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La copropriété a besoin d'un aménagement plus joli. Il n'y a presque pas de verdure et les toits en style Brazilit du parking rendent le paysage un peu pénible. Il n'y a pas d'aire de jeu pour les enfants, ce qui fait en sorte qu'ils jouent entre les voitures, malgré l'interdiction prévue au règlement.
Il y a aussi des bâtiments vétustes qui nécessitent de se faire repeindre avec urgence. De plus, l'interdiction de tout opérateur d'Internet autre que Net d'offrir ses services dans la copropriété est très suspecte...
Il n'y a pas de récit de violence dans la copropriété, bien qu'elle soit ouverte à l'entrée de tout le monde. Il y a, néanmoins, des gens qui consomment et qui vendent de la drogue au parking sous le regard de tous il y a des années.
La qualité des aspects plus spécifiques, comme l'état des ascenseurs, est propre à chaque bâtiment, puisque chacun compte avec un syndic différent, d'où le fait d'avoir des bâtiments bien conservés et d'autres beaucoup moins.
Malgré tout, la copropriété est très bien située, proche des restaurants, du centre commercial et du parc de l'Avenue Kennedy. On prend à peine 15 min jusqu'au centre ville en voiture quand il n'y a pas de bouchon. En plus, c'est très proche de l'UFABC, les loyers et les prix de ventes sont intéressants et il y a un arrêt de bus juste devant la copropriété, ce qui est idéal pour les femmes qui rentrent tard et seules du boulot. Le voisinage, pour la plus part, est composé des familles et, dans certains bâtiments de personnes âgés et étudiants.

In addition, it is very close to the UFABC, the rents and sales prices are attractive and there is a bus stop right in front of the condominium, which is ideal for women who come home late and alone from work. The neighborhood, for the most part, is made up of families and, in some buildings, of elderly people and students.
