★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de ter vivido minha infância toda nesse conjunto e conhecer muitas pessoas no mesmo, tenho medo de andar pelo interior do conjunto. O local não transmite segurança, muitos relatos de assalto, não é um lugar seguro para a minha família. Fico triste em expor isso, mas, é a realidade.
Despite having lived my entire childhood in this complex and meeting many people there, I am afraid to walk inside the complex. The place does not transmit security, many reports of robbery, it is not a safe place for my family. I'm sad to say this, but it's the reality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O conjunto é legal, ruas amplas, asfaltadas. Mas é soturno e isolado, o que contribui pra episódios de perigo. Entretanto, há um tempo que não se fala mais em assalto no Cordeiro. A praça é um excelente ponto de entretenimento. Além disso, tem a feira e o posto de saúde de frente para o conjunto. Desta forma, diga-se que é bem localizado. Tem escolas (pública e particular), mercado, padarias, lanches (pizza, hambúrguer, coxinha, guaraná, sorvete, milk shake, pastel e etc), pub, cyber, pet shop, clínica veterinária, loja de aquarismo, parque e etc.
The complex is nice, wide, paved streets. But it is somber and isolated, which contributes to episodes of danger. However, there has been no talk of assault on Cordeiro for a while. The square is an excellent entertainment spot. In addition, it has the fair and the health post facing the complex. In this way, it is said that it is well located. It has schools (public and private), market, bakeries, snacks (pizza, hamburger, coxinha, guarana, ice cream, milk shake, pastel, etc.), pub, cyber, pet shop, veterinary clinic, aquarium shop, park and so on.
