★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um local que tem muito o que melhorar. Muito espaço, porém pouco aproveitado. Algumas deficiências com administração. Falta coletores de lixo pelo condomínio. Alguns moradores não recolhem as fezes dos seus animais.
 It is a place that has a lot to improve. Lots of space, but little use. Some shortcomings with management. Garbage collectors are missing from the condominium. Some residents do not collect the feces of their animals.

Quiet and good place for the elderly to live. Large parking lot in several different parts, with plenty of shade to avoid damaging the cars. There could be more things for leisure, but these things are not needed for the elderly

With so many Administrative changes, the CUT of Mangueira came, a CRIMINAL act without evaluation by the City Hall, lack of participation of the residents, and the Administration without comments, there are improvements that do not depend on money but the Collective all together can have good results.
