★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho 3 contratos com essa empresa, por necessidade e falta de opção, o atendimento é péssimo, sempre que possuiem problemas, tentam atribuir a terceiros a responsabilidade, não assumem seus erros e com isso acarretama falta de confiabilidade. Recentemente deixaram de enviar os boletos para pagamento, cortaram a internet e cobraram juros e multa pelo atraso, sendo que so enviaram, quando liguei para saber por que cortaram a internet, tiveram a audácia de insinuar, que o cliente que tem que ligar pedindo os boletos, tenho em torno de 1000 fornecedores cadstrados, imagina se cada compra eu tenha que ligar para eles pedindo os boletos. E quanto ainternet Rural via Rádio, fica mais tempo sem conecção que conectada, ficamos com ela por não ter outra opção, por enquanto. Os roteadores fornecidos para a fibra , são de péssima qualidade, vive sumindo a rede wifi, já levei roteadores UNIFI de alta qualidade para eles configurarem, porém dficouna empresa por 1 ano e não deram conta de fazer. è uma pena, penso que os proprietários são pessoas honestas e corretas, mas o pós venda deles, não poderia ser pior, no caso da internet rural via rádio, simplesmente, não respondem aos questionamentos.
