★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu achei a plataforma simples e fácil de usar, porém, em caso de reprovação de algum processo seletivo, não é possível candidatar-se à mesma vaga se ela for reaberta, pois o sistema não autoriza. Acho que essa política precisa ser modificada, desautorizando a reinscrição por apenas um período, e não permanentemente.
I found the platform simple and easy to use, however, in case of disapproval of any selection process, it is not possible to apply for the same vacancy if it is reopened, as the system does not authorize it. I think this policy needs to be modified, disallowing re-enrollment for a period only, not permanently.

A sugestão que eu daria, era diminuir o número de participantes e realizar as reuniões mais vezes por semana; porquê devido a demora, muitos dos participantes ficam distraídos e independente do preparo psicológico, não conseguem se concentrar nas respostas.
It was my first experience with this type of interview; I really liked the behavior of the interviewers; it's a way to make the participants very relaxed. Hope to be selected soon!
The suggestion I would make was to reduce the number of participants and hold meetings more times a week; because due to the delay, many of the participants are distracted and, regardless of the psychological preparation, they are unable to concentrate on the answers.
